Key accountabilities
1. support project quality manager for qa topics: collaborate with internal resources to achieve quality objectives and support the implementation of quality procedures, control plans, and assurance plans in field operations.
2. assist in process development: help prepare and implement all quality-related processes and coordinate activities, especially where interfaces involve other contractors or operational areas.
3. follow ehs procedures: minimize risks and provide support and advice to prevent injuries, environmental pollution, and damage to equipment.
4. promote best practices: recognize good performance, react to violations, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
5. develop project quality: support the development, deployment, and maintenance of local procedures and tools aligned with alstom and international standards (iso9001:2015).
6. quality compliance: assist in ensuring project activities comply with the quality plan, guidelines, and work instructions, including legal compliance checks.
7. develop quality culture: train and motivate personnel to work safely and environmentally responsibly, including quality management system training and self-inspection awareness.
8. participate in quality training programs: provide inductions and organize toolbox meetings to promote quality awareness among operational staff.
