Full cycle recruiter for us roles
mesztal is hiring a frontline recruiter to recruit in the u.s. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding, for one of the world's leading food and support services companies.
you will work closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently, offering strategic guidance, owning the candidate experience, and maintaining accurate tracking through all recruitment stages.
the ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with u.s.-based stakeholders.
key responsibilities:
1. conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role expectations, qualifications, and urgency.
2. manage the full recruitment cycle: candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer extension, and onboarding support.
3. serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
4. maintain and update recruiting trackers daily; provide weekly reports and updates.
5. use applicant tracking systems (successfactors preferred).
6. support requisition creation, job postings, and accurate reflection of organizational structures.
7. propose improvements to outreach, intake, and process efficiency based on recruiting data and best practices.
8. occasionally support or coordinate virtual and on-site hiring events.
requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (junior to mid-level preferred)
* proven experience recruiting for u.s.-based roles, ideally within hospitality, but not required
* strong customer service and communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
* highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
* proactive and self-starter, able to work independently in a remote environment
* experience with ats platforms (successfactors is a plus)
* fluent in english (written and verbal)
