the role we’re hiring a recruiter to help us scale with the right people. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating hires across departments. Your goal? Fill seats with a-players—fast and efficiently. What you’ll be doing build and run recruiting funnels that consistently bring in top talent write and update job descriptions and role scorecards post roles to the right places—fast, targeted, intentional actively source and headhunt on linkedin, job boards, and elsewhere screen candidates through resumes, async forms, and interviews run first-round interviews to assess culture fit and role alignment collaborate with team leads on final interviews and decisions own onboarding and support new hires as they ramp up continuously improve recruiting process and hiring systems
must-have experience strong spoken and written english 2+ years in recruiting or hr roles confident interviewer and communicator experience sourcing talent via linkedin, job boards, and headhunting bonus if you’ve worked with startups, agencies, or global teams
