we are seeking a skilled professional to lead and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance the employee experience and optimize talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques.
key responsibilities:
• manage end-to-end hiring for corporate roles, including coordination with external talent providers and recruitment platforms to ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with our talent acquisition policy.
• address general hr requests from corporate employees, including vacation requests, certificates, payroll inquiries, and more – providing solutions directly or referring to the appropriate area, always ensuring timely, high-quality responses.
requirements:
• bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, industrial relations, psychology, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, especially in recruitment & selection.
preferred skills:
• strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques.
• knowledge of applicable labor and social security laws (lft, imss, immigration, etc.).
• advanced english proficiency.
