we are now looking for an operations manager to support hardware manufacturing to develop, implement and maintain profitable, ergonomic and safe production, in accordance with production rules in our manufacturing plant.
*what you will do*:
- presenting & communicating information

- deciding & initiating action
*you will bring*:
- electronic engineering in telecommunications, industrial or similar
- work experience: minimum 5 years leading people and teams in production field
- fluent english, desirable german
- excellent leadership ability
- experience in the implementation of methodologies that increase efficiency, reduce waste throughout the value chain and improve the quality of assemblies and sub-assemblies, such as: lean, six sigma, zero defects, etc.
- knowledge in pc equipment and production management erp systems, as-400, sap, suite office
- knowledge of iso 9000 and iso 14001 regulations
