job description
the mid business recruiter is a key position to bring the best talent available aligned with gbm ´s strategy, to help grow and scale our teams.
this position will be in charge of sourcing, evaluating, selecting and onboarding amazing talent to create strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
responsibilities
attend requests received by the areas of ri, finance, capital markets, banking, equity research, growth in terms of attracting and selecting talent (based on the strategy of the same).
research national/international talent & top recruitment tools.
ensure the values and integrity of the candidates.
create an extraordinary experience for each candidate who participates in our recruitment and selection process to build reputation as an "employer of choice".
keep the applicant tracking system, vacancy base updated & the base of talent monitoring (internal control).
support on the beginning of the onboarding process
building partnerships with strategic stakeholders to ensure the accomplishment of hiring needs
training of stakeholders in the management and usage of new hr digital platforms and interviewing techniques
qualifications
bachelor's degree (psychology, business administration, etc.) or equivalent experience
language
english - intermediate
technical skills
solid knowledge about the financial market and sources for relevant talent
strong knowledge in recruitment best practices in the e2e process
deep expertise in the finance, banking, equity research and digital positions
soft skills
business partnering and networking
strong verbal and communication skills
strong ability to deliver against tight timelines
out of the box mindset
strategic thinking
results oriented
data-driven and quantitative analytic skills
requisites
4+ yoe in massive recruitment of customer service positions.
preferable financial sector.
