Erp sales account executive – packaging (latam) mexico / latam (remote with travel) $120k ote ($60k base + $60k uncapped) we’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed software business transforming how packaging manufacturers run their operations. If you’ve sold erp into corrugated, folding carton, or flexible packaging and know how to win mid-market manufacturing deals, this is a genuine “make your number” environment. The role you’ll own new business across latam, targeting packaging manufacturers who need better control across production, scheduling, inventory, and commercial performance. This is a full-cycle role, from prospecting through to close, with strong backing, a clear value proposition, and a product that solves real operational pain. What you’ll be doing - winning new logos across corrugated, folding carton & flexible packaging
- running consultative erp sales cycles (mid-market manufacturing)
- engaging plant managers through to c-suite
- delivering tailored demos aligned to production workflows
- building pipeline through outbound, network, and partner channels
- managing deals through to close with disciplined forecasting what we’re looking for - 5+ years erp sales experience (manufacturing-focused)
- strong track record hitting / exceeding quota
- experience selling into packaging or adjacent sectors
- comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- commercially sharp, you know how to open, progress, and close why this role stands out - backed by a leading global software investor (serious growth agenda)
