we are seeking a highly skilled organic content marketing manager to lead and elevate our organic presence across key social platforms. responsibilities
manage and grow two linkedin accounts and instagram organically
create high-quality, engaging content in english
write compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform
design basic visual ads and social media creatives
leverage ai tools to enhance content creation, ideation, and performance
build and execute organic content strategies across multiple industries
increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness through organic efforts

requirements
minimum 1 year of proven experience in organic/content marketing
bachelor's degree in marketing, or related fields
strong copywriting skills with a focus on engaging, high-quality content
experience with basic design tools (canva, figma, or similar)
practical experience using ai tools for marketing and content creation
fluent english (written and spoken); all content is produced in english
creative, independent, proactive, and highly motivated professional
