responsibilities
lead the development of work teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery in compliance with customer standards (service, quality, delivery times, costs).
foster continuous improvement and innovation across operational processes.
ensure product manufacturing meets quality and sanitation specifications.
oversee work orders, quotations, coordination with suppliers and purchasing for equipment repairs.
maintain operational continuity above 98% and reduce losses from mechanical failures.
plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs aligned with the plant's technological platforms.
manage the moh budget, control r&m expenses, fixed asset inventories, and utility consumption per the annual plan.
apply methodologies to identify environmental aspects and participate in their evaluation for new, current, and future processes.
qualifications
education: bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
minimum 5 years in similar roles within industrial environments.
proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance management.
budget management for moh, including r&m expenses, fixed asset inventory, and utilities.
proficiency in wcm, tpm, and lean six sigma maintenance methodologies.
intermediate to advanced english (technical and operational).
availability to support operations 24/7 as needed.
