the opportunity

this is a in-site job, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bdc agent to deliver exceptional lead management services to our client dealerships. In this remote role, you will be the vital link between potential car buyers and our clients' sales teams. Your expertise in crm management, lead prospecting, and flawless communication will drive success for dealerships nationwide.

you will be in constant touch with the sales teams at our client dealerships, qualifying leads and assigning appointments through a structured round-robin system to ensure fairness and maximize sales opportunities for our partners.


key responsibilities

* multi-dealer lead management: expertly manage leads for multiple client dealerships using their respective crm systems (e.g., neo, dealersocket, hubspot, etc.).
* multi-channel prospecting: execute tailored follow-up campaigns via phone, sms, and email based on each client’s unique process and brand voice.
* remote appointment setting & distribution: qualify leads, overcome objections, and set high-quality sales appointments. Assign confirmed appointments to the correct dealership’s sales team using a round-robin system.
* client communication: maintain clear and professional communication with our clients’ sales managers and team members to ensure a seamless customer hand-off.
* performance tracking: meticulously log all interactions and track performance metrics to meet and exceed targets for calls, appointments set, and show rates for each client.


qualifications

* minimum 2+ years of experience as a bdc agent or inside sales representative within an automotive dealership setting. Experience with bhph (buy here, pay here) clients is a significant plus.
* high proficiency with at least one major automotive crm platform.
* fluent english with a clear, professional, and persuasive phone manner. Excellent grammar for sms and email is required.
* team player who can build positive relationships with clients’ sales teams remotely.
* proactive, persistent, and results-driven approach to lead conversion (hunter mentality).
