*main responsibilities are following*:*brand management*- build strong, meaningful and salient brands.- development of a growth-oriented marketing & category plan that seizes opportunities in product renovation, pricing strategy, competitor activities.
lead and run the ibp process.- uncover root issues and opportunities across the 6ps via leading brand and category audits.- rigorously lead the communication agenda with meaningful, impactful, and disruptive communications for all the brands and brand-say and do.- responsible for development and/or localization of media assets cooperating with external agencies and digital marketing media & commerce team.- develop plans to strengthen the position of our portfolio in the market to gain market share and improve penetration of core and develop the market, untapped consumer needs to innovate, create, enter into new opportunities.- on-going market understanding at consumer and shopper level (brand measures, competition monitoring, media, and consumer behaviors); to develop ideas into marketing strategy.- actively contributes to business teamwork: owns & leads respective projects, puts forwards issues, shares updates with the team, gives feedback to others in the meetings; provides inputs to others.- manage the cross functional teams and key stakeholders including, r&d, procurement, legal, supply chain, csp, category planning teams, finance, media, digital hub, and agencies.- closely monitor the market for the competition and act rapidly with full agility to keep strengthening market share.- brings an iterative, 'test and learn' approach to brand innovation and an understanding of agile ways of working towards market activation.- management of innovation and renovation funnel (incl.
innoflex & investor boards) & execution in market for the next 3 years.- management of marketing (bmi) budget within agreed targets (responsibility to keep proper balance of total budget atl, btl).- provides for s&op input for business team results (according to the s&op procedure)- full responsibility of p&l- optimize portfolio assortment to maximize value while reducing overall portfolio complexity.- continuous improvement of profitability and product superiority.
