key responsibilities:
- develop and deliver age-appropriate english lessons to elementary students in accordance with the school's curriculum and language proficiency goals.
- foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respect, and cultural appreciation.
- utilize various teaching methodologies, technologies, and resources to enhance language acquisition and literacy skills.
- assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance, learning objectives, and educational initiatives.
- participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in language education and pedagogy.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in education, english, or a related field.
- teaching certification and/or relevant teaching credentials.
- proven experience of at least 2 years teaching english to elementary students.
- strong command of the english language, both written and spoken.
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
- passion for fostering language proficiency, critical thinking, and creativity in young learners.

pay: $15,* - $16,* per month
