You will be a key member of the pbu leadership team reporting to the director of procurement. You will provide innovative procurement solutions and fostering a high-performing team environment, in a business experiencing rapid expansion.*:

- *manage end-to-end npi support: provide comprehensive procurement support for new product introductions (npi) within the pbu.*:
- *lead negotiations: secure optimal pricing, terms, and quality through strategic negotiations with critical suppliers.*:
- *drive operational excellence: ensure team compliance with established procurement processes and participate in continuous improvement efforts.*:
- *develop team capabilities: champion continuing education for your team to enhance their effectiveness and build strong supplier relationships.*:
- *promote sustainability: identify and implement sustainable procurement practices within the global supply chain.*
*what we look for*:
- *bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent; an mba is a plus.*:
- *minimum 6-10 years of experience in a multinational organization.*:
- *minimum 6 years of experience in a strategic sourcing role, preferably with direct materials.*:
- *proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams within a matrix environment.*:
- *excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.*:
- *strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and complex situations.*:
- *working knowledge of sap or other equivalent erp systems.*:
