*about the role*
we are looking for a senior manager, marketing operations toyour job is to support the vp marketing and the team in meeting our goals of optimizing technology to enable effective marketing at metamap, ensuring high data quality and helping colleagues access that data to enable smarter decisions, and assisting in marketing analysis, planning and strategy. As a marketing operations manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns and ensuring that all marketing activities are in line with metamap’s vision.
*key responsibilities*- facilitate strategy, design, execution and operations of the business’s lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses.- work most closely with the vp marketing in building out the strategy and implementation of martech & capacity management framework & processes- build out and managing the marketing operations and project management functions over the next 3-6 quarters- analyze existing & historical trends in order to provide insights to best practices that guarantee data quality across all metrics & operations- optimize conversions website traffic, landing pages, lead content generations & call-to-action- support the optimization of our lead scoring, reporting and attribution models- drive operations for monthly weekly gtms and mbrs- partner with demand generation to build channel-level benchmarks and measurements for successful marketing planning and roi analysis
*skills & experience*- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, systems admin- web analytics fundamentals (utm structure), data visualization tool (power bi or data studio)- experience with at least one of the following marketing automation tools: pardot, hubspot or market- ability to work collaboratively in support of the marketing team and cross-functional project groups to identify, troubleshoot and remediate martech issues- good understanding of web analytics, best practices and how a utm is built/composed- expertise in in data handling and visualization tools- proactive, organized & highly methodical in problem solving
