Job title: compensation specialist
we are seeking a highly skilled compensation specialist to join our team.
the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including voluntary and involuntary terminations, paycheck calculations, and local payroll tax calculation-payment. They will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert advice on compensation-related matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
main responsibilities:
* upload payroll data and validate payroll taxes to guarantee accurate and timely payroll delivery
* reconcile and process local payroll tax and handle savings fund loans
* load, reconcile, and payment of fonacot loans
* escalate payroll and system issues as necessary
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or unfinished bachelor's degree in an administrative field
* able to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data
* high level of integrity and professional judgment
* 2-3 years of experience in compensation or related fields
