**Position: Inbound Agent**
**Summary**:Looking for a communicator to answer incoming calls from our patients to provide outstanding customer service in support of our mission, goals and values.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically.
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve patient’s complaints.
- Provide patients with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary
- Be punctual and follow company’s protocols.

**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to attend on-site training for four to six weeks
- Must reside in Monterrey or its metropolitan area
- Proven experience in Call Center
- Verbal and Written English skills
- Willingness to learn and team spirit
