Job Description
Ensure compliance with legal and operational obligations related to the IMMEX program and other foreign trade regulations, by overseeing customs operations, managing temporary inventory control, meeting return deadlines, and ensuring proper documentation for imports and exports in accordance with applicable laws.
Main responsibilities:
Manage and monitor import and export operations under the IMMEX scheme (temporary imports, returns, deadlines).
Control inventory of fixed assets and raw materials under temporary IMMEX regime, ensuring traceability and timely return.
Participate in internal and external audits related to foreign trade (SAT, Economy Ministry, IMMEX audits).
Participate preparing
and submit periodic reports about inventory stock ICS vs ERP system.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, International Relations, or related field.
Experience:
2–4 years in a similar role in a company with an IMMEX program.
Proficiency in IMMEX program regulations.
Interpretation of customs documents, tariff codes, Incoterms.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Teamwork and effective communication.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Advanced English
