your responsibilities
* analyze customer demand received through edi in the erp system to ensure stability in requirements, detect fluctuations, and confirm that the information reflected in the erp can be reliably used as a basis for sales forecasting and capacity planning.
* manually enter customer demand in the erp system when edi data is not received correctly.
* correct or cancel customer releases when necessary.
* coordinate critical customer deliveries, prioritizing internal suppliers when needed.
* manage customer complaints related to under-shipments or non-compliance with portal guidelines using the 8d methodology for each case.
* generate mps (master production schedule) orders for production planning.
* prepare and communicate a shipping schedule to internal suppliers.
* ensure erp master data accuracy and integrity.
* manage and control engineering changes to prevent material obsolescence.
* maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
* promote and uphold environmental care initiatives.
* encourage continuous improvement as a tool to enhance internal processes.
* stay informed of customer updates (bulletins, announcements, updates, important notices, etc.).

* bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electronic engineering or a related field.
