*your role and responsibilities*
- the windows administrator will be part of a team that provides implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our client windows environments.
the administrator will be responsible for collaborating with members of our technical delivery teams and architecture teams to support and improve the delivery of managed services.
- this is a critical infrastructure role on business-critical services that require team support *.
a support model is in place to cover the 24x7 requirement across administrators with shared standby and overtime responsibilities.
the administrator will be responsible for:
- the build, deployment, support, and performance of systems
- maintaining compliance to avoid data loss and unauthorized access
abilities:
to create a better deliverable among multiple teams, agile practices are used to assign, control and measure activities as a member of a self-directed team.

- use your leadership and project management abilities in infrastructure environment management to lead and participate in internal projects across multiple teams.

- effectively communicate in technical discussions with infrastructure architect, security, and project teams
*required technical and professional expertise*
- it infrastructure systems administration experience in a large windows enterprise environment
- day to day experience in building and supporting windows operational systems
- demonstrated strength in troubleshooting complex technical issues
- ability and experience to support a 24x7 environment including standby and overtime activities
- security and compliance - skills to deal with audit requirements, providing artifacts from windows environment, including all patching management processes to maintain secure servers
- familiarity with agile methodologies

- middleware experience with was and ace
- red hat and aix server administration experience
