ensure that all a&t operations (quality control – internal logistics – outsourcing) are executed efficiently, safely, and profitably, guaranteeing compliance with the sales commitments made to clients and with corporate kpis.
1. Key responsibilities
on-time delivery (sales fulfillment):
* ensure that billable services (man-hours) are met according to the forecast.
* monitor daily pre-sales vs. sales delivered by bu.
* implement immediate corrective actions in case of deviations.
business unit (bu) management:
* coordinate bu managers, bums, and supervisors for proper execution.
* align workloads, staffing levels, and turnover.
* monitor strategic projects (oem, tier 1, home appliances, etc.).
operational and administrative management:
* control kpis: productivity, turnover, absenteeism, scrap (non-billable hours).
* ensure that attendance sheets, pre-sales, and reports are captured in the erp (a&tone).
* guarantee timely and accurate invoicing (without errors or delays).
quality and continuous improvement:
* ensure compliance with iso standards and client audits.
* lead lean/altitud initiatives for operational efficiency.
* design plans to reduce errors in reports, attendance, and pre-sales.
people leadership:
* manage coordinators, supervisors, and support staff.
* strengthen the #onemorehour and #love&work culture.
* guarantee workforce stability (maximum turnover rate).
connection with sales:
* the operations manager receives the sales commitment (forecast).
* their role is to "land" what was sold → ensuring staff, logistics, ppe, and project kickoff.
* becomes responsible for the fulfillment of sales delivered.
connection with hr (operational and strategic):
* staffing: recruitment, turnover, terminations.
* stability: maximum 15% turnover.
* onboarding / ppe / training: ensure the workforce is ready and compliant.
* payroll incidents: zero errors in records and reporting.
2. Ideal profile
* education:
industrial engineering, business administration, or related.
* experience:
8–12 years in operations for industrial services, automotive, or personnel outsourcing.
* key skills:
* management of financial, operational, commercial, and hr kpis.
* expertise in managing large teams (400–800 people).
* knowledge of lean manufacturing / tps / iso.
* strong customer orientation and rapid response capability.
* high leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
3. Role kpis
* sales delivered vs. forecast ≥ 95%.
* monthly turnover ≤ 15%.
* payroll/erp incidents ≤ 1%.
* non-billable hours < 5% of total.
* client satisfaction (nps/audits) ≥ 95%.
* compliance with new project kickoff and apqp implementation ≥ 98%.
* ipo – operational productivity index (waste hours) ≤ 3%.
* preventive maintenance plan (logistics fleet) 100%.
