About the Role
Define the company's overall vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the automotive.
Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the execution of the strategic plan, ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, financial, and technological innovation goals.
* Provide direct leadership to key functional areas, including Operations, Materials, Tooling, Business Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Customer Service, ensuring aligned and results-driven management.
* Represent the company before key customers, government agencies, investors, and industry associations in both the automotive.
* Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring the availability of raw materials, molds, and equipment with optimal quality and cost.
* Ensure the company’s profitability and long-term sustainability, leading key financial decisions in coordination with the CFO, CEO and the board of directors.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or engineering
Required Skills
* Advanced English
* +15 years of experience
* At least 5 as Director

* MBA
Knowledge
* Hot Stamping experience
* Automation of production cells, robotics, extraction and feeding systems
* Installed capacity planning and line balancing
* Root cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
* Internal and customer audits
* Material planning (MRP), inventory control
* Product and process costing (standard vs. actual costs)
* Evaluation of investments in machinery and automation (CAPEX)
* Operational profitability analysis and efficiency per production unit
* Machine availability control (OEE)
* New product launches and production ramp-up
* Cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and manufacturing
* Customer complaint handling and feedback management
* Mexican regulations Occupational safety and compliance with STPS regulations
