Overview we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented bim modeler to join our growing team. This role requires advanced proficiency in revit (with the fabrication add-on), navisworks, and autodesk construction cloud. You will be responsible for producing high-quality shop drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, remote position based in latin america, collaborating with project teams in the u.s. construction market. Salary $2500 to $3000 type full-time location latin america (remote) responsibilities create and manage detailed bim models using revit with fabrication tools (mechanical, plumbing, and ductwork). Convert engineering drawings into fabrication-ready shop drawings, adhering to applicable codes and standards. Collaborate with vdc engineers, bim managers, and project stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines. Participate in coordination meetings and perform real-time model updates. Identify and resolve clashes, ensuring model constructability. Produce and review 2d plan views and 3d isometric drawings. Manage and upload project files using autodesk construction cloud. Communicate effectively with internal teams and, as needed, directly with clients. Qualifications minimum 5 years of experience as a bim modeler, preferably in the u.s. market. Proficient in revit (fabrication add-on), navisworks, and autodesk construction cloud. In-depth understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and duct systems, including relevant codes (e.g., smacna). Experience with high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Background in construction, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred.
