Te connectivity's facilities security teams protect the organization's employees, properties and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger.
- contribution with corporate security, as well as planning, executing, and controlling the execution of all activities for the operation.
- risk prevention and control, responsible for planning, executing, and controlling the execution of activities related to the company's asset security prevention processes.
- develop standards for the protection required in each area, including procedures, training, equipment, visitor access control and compliance and security communications

- responsible for monitoring cctv equipment
- responsible for the process and gps monitoring to avoid potential risks in the supply chain
- responsible for generating security metrics (monthly)
- responsible for monitoring supply chain security procedures - best practices
- support the security audit program for supply chain suppliers
- create effective methods and processes to prevent situations of risk or theft.
- as a plus, lead and manage ehs activities and requirements & coordinate and lead lean manufacturing initiatives and projects related to supply chain security & ehs.
*what your background should look like*:
- degree in law, criminology, or industrial engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in physical security
- basic knowledge in ctpat & aeo
- experience managing security equipment and infrastructure (gps, cctv, access controls)
- bilingual
