* key responsibilities:
* install, configure, and manage windows server (2008–2022) and linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
* administer users and groups in active directory and ldap, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* support and manage cloud platforms like aws and azure, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
* maintain and troubleshoot linux (rhel, ubuntu, centos), windows, and virtualization environments, identifying and addressing technical issues promptly.
* manage system pathing, permissions, and configurations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
* identify, assess, and mitigate system vulnerabilities, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance with industry standards.
