we are seeking a skilled multimedia creative producer to join our advertising team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating high-performing ad creatives across various platforms.
about the role
this is a unique opportunity to combine your creativity and technical skills to produce engaging video and static ads that drive results. You will work closely with the creative strategy and media buying teams to align your work with performance goals.
responsibilities
 * develop and edit short-form video ads for platforms such as meta, tiktok, youtube, and google.
 * design high-converting static ads, including banners, carousels, images, and thumbnails.
 * write scripts or shot lists and structure content using trends, hooks, pacing, and best practices for each platform.
 * collaborate with actors and ugc creators to brief, direct, and ensure content authenticity and relatability.
creative strategy and optimization
 * develop multiple creative variations for a/b testing and track performance metrics such as ctr, cpa, roas, and retention.
 * adapt creatives for different funnel stages, including top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
 * maintain and repurpose creative assets in an organized creative library.
 * research competitor campaigns, trends, and platform updates to stay ahead of advertising standards.
