about the role:
as a bdm for latam, your mission will be to identify and build relationships with key influencers, affiliates, introducing brokers, and strategic partners to grow zero markets’ presence across latin america. You will also support the client journey by providing high-quality assistance and guiding prospects through the onboarding process.
you’ll work closely with our global marketing and sales teams and report directly to hq, contributing to strategy, outreach campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
this role blends business development, marketing, sales, and client support, and is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, dynamic, and passionate about the financial markets. We are looking for someone with a "can-do" attitude, who is proactive and willing to go above and beyond to exceed targets and expectations.
key responsibilities:
· identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and other growth partners.
· support strategic marketing initiatives targeting latam countries.
· coordinate with local influencers to run campaigns, promotions, and educational events.
· provide high-level client support through live chat, email, phone, or whatsapp.
· handle client onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
· assist with market research and competitor analysis in the latam region.
· report feedback, local trends, and campaign performance to hq regularly.
· actively contribute ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation
the candidate must have:
· advanced english level (reading, writing and speaking)
· previous experience in similar roles
· a can-do attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed goals
to be successful in this role, you should have:
· experience with influencer marketing, affiliate management, or social media
· ability to build strong customer/partner relationships
· communicative, self-starter with the ability to excel under little or no supervision
· effective problem-solving skills with logical thinking
· initiative to learn and excel
*forex and cfd experience are not required, but it will be a strong advantage.
