Job summary
the implementation consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restoration.
your role
* building, deploying and/or integrating solutions
* collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing
* based on customer requirements, serve as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
* resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
* document solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
* contributes to the collective learning of philips, sharing knowledge globally and assessing repeatable processes that can be leveraged across projects
* practice configuration management and version control
* execute activities as described in the philips excellence process framework
* be a key member of the implementation project and/or service team; foster collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expertise
you're the right fit if
* you have experience in administrative, accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles involving install, configure, test, maintain and/or support hardware and software solutions
* you speak intermediate to advanced english
* you have strong communication and influencing skills
* availability to travel within mexico for client engagements
* you have project management methodology knowledge
* good practices for documentation and bpm (business process modeling) skills
* you have strong abilities in audience targeting and user training
* you can work under pressure and manage stress
* you have knowledge of noms and regulatory standards for méxico (preferred)
