join our team as business development lead (latam). We are open-minded with regards to exact setup, but expect this role will require at least 50% of the time spent in target markets, combined with regular time periods spent in our riga, latvia hq. This role owns marketplace expansion in latam, with responsibility for both supply-side (financial partners) and demand-side (affiliate/traffic partners) growth. Core objective - increase revenue by expanding partner base, launching new verticals, and accelerating deal cycles.
what you will do as business development lead for latam?
* sign & launch new lending, insurance, bnpl and tier 1, 2 fintech partners
* expand into new verticals (beyond payday loans)
* secure new deals with brokers and affiliate networks, as well as non-traditional affiliates (telcos, e-wallets, super apps, marketplaces, ride-hailing, delivery, payment networks)
* own full sales cycle: from prospecting to negotiation to contract to launch.
* represent the company in the local fintech ecosystem and generate independent deal flow.
requirements:
* 5+ years fintech / financial services bd or enterprise sales in latam region
* existing fintech network in latam countries and spain
* existing network in other latam countries is a plus.
* strong hunter mindset + structured crm pipeline management
* proven experience closing deals with regulated financial institutions
* track record in accelerated partner onboarding.
* commercially sharp (understands cpa, epc, payout models)
* experience with api-based partnerships
* location mexico, colombia or other latam country
* language requirements: fluent english and spanish.

* you are a true hunter who builds pipeline from zero, manages enterprise cycles, and pushes integrations to go-live.
