responsibilities
responsible for creation and implementation of the 24-month integrated consumer-centric marketing plan in the market
drive the implementation of the local strategy leading cross-functional team to achieve our ambitions
portfolio management (incl. Sku rationalization, phase in/out)
optimal allocation of local a&p spends as input for aop cycles, bmc planning
localization of global content and local content creation and activation (digital, ooh, influencers, pr, retail media, etc.) in collaboration with the digital marketing, portfolio marketing, incl.
omni-channel calendar and portfolio management (sku rationalization/phase in phase out)
represents the voice of the consumer: local insights about consumers, markets, competition, and trends, and provides input to the businesses
drives demand generation and ensures that business performance is being delivered according to kpis such as yearly sales, order intake, market shares, integral gross margin (igm) through price realization in markets, a&p, integral sales margin (ism) and marketing roi
qualifications
bachelor's degree +5 years of experience within the consumer (fmcg), electronic care goods industry, preferably
highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for consumer business
experience in digital marketing technology, in consumer domains, incl.
localizing value propositions to unique customers and markets
enjoy taking the lead of a category and hunger to drive the business to the next level
strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth; ability to think creatively and pragmatically
solid spoken and written english and spanish skills
knowledge and understanding of the marketing processes
proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset — you respond quickly to change and thrive in fast-moving environments
strong collaborator who can challenge, inspire, and align cross-functional teams around consumer-led decisions
clear communicator who translates complexity into actionable direction for both commercial and marketing audiences
