* address and resolve product quality issues and complaints from customers in both mexico and the u.s
* serve as the main point of contact for quality-related matters with suppliers in both regions.
* ensure the company maintains compliance with relevant quality certifications and standards.
* participate in performance review meetings and present quality-related results and metrics.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

* experience in the medical and automotive industries.
* proven experience in quality certifications (e.g., iso, iatf).
* strong background in results-driven meetings and customer communication.
