 * oversee the execution of operations and service protocols, ensuring all services meet the highest industry standards of quality and logistics.
 * supervise and monitor work orders and their execution.
 * manage the planning, logistics, and overall supervision of select events.
 * collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-impact client experiences.
 * oversee and control event-related finances, including contracts, payments, and invoicing.
 * review and analyze performance metrics to measure profitability and growth opportunities.
 * create executive reports detailing results, projections, and areas for improvement.
 * develop, manage, and monitor event budgets.
 * ensure efficient, scalable, and profitable departmental operations in line with broader company goals.
