Media Coordinator
Location: Remote, Mexico (U.S. hours, Arizona PST)
Compensation: $2,000 USD per month
About the Role:
Workspark is hiring a Media Coordinator to support a leading U.S. marketing agency. This is a permanent, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for keeping campaigns organized and on track. You will manage reports, update tracking sheets, and ensure assets are in the right place at the right time so the senior team can focus on strategy.
This role is about precision, consistency, and accountability. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive on making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this is for you.
What You Will Do:
- Track campaign assets, deadlines, and deliverables
- Update and maintain reports and tracking sheets daily
- Coordinate across media, creative, and account teams to keep projects moving
- Provide status updates and flag any risks or bottlenecks early
- Support campaign reporting and presentation prep
- Work Arizona PST hours for real-time collaboration
What We Are Looking For:
- Two or more years in a coordination or operations role, ideally within marketing or advertising
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to manage complex trackers
- Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken (Spanish-English bilingualism is a plus)
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive in following up on tasks
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mindset with a focus on accuracy and accountability
