Role summary:
we are seeking a talented senior associate brand manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand and business growth.
key responsibilities:
* conduct in-depth analysis of the target audience, identify trends, and develop strategic insights to inform business decisions
* manage the brand portfolio, including product launches, improvements, and rationalization. Develop and execute cross-functional plans to achieve brand goals
* monitor brand performance across channels, identify opportunities for growth, and analyze competitor performance using consumer research
* lead talent development: brand coordinators and trainees. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
