currently we are looking for our next: mbs finance supply chain manager
*which is the main objective of this role?*
casa supply chain gbs manager will play a key role in the casa make and move planning and actuals analysis. This role is responsible for leading and elaborating fcst, aop and actuals analysis of the direct cost, moh and s&d (wharhousing, freights) of a world class global business service (gbs) for casa. Responsible of analysing and identifying risk and opportunities across the lines he manage give meanigfull insights to the supply chain director in casa and fp&a top mangemnet of the countries. Also he needs to coordimtae and supervise 6 direct reports (l7 and l6) to deliver all reports and analysis reuqiere by countries. He will manage more than 280 mmusd. Lead casa supply chain agenda to generate efficiencies in reporting and alignment accoross countries with his peers. Interact and become business partner for casa supply chain, fp&a and commercial finance top management, delivering accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure service level agreements (slas) fulfillment. Additionally, manage team to generate continuous improvement and generate incremental productivity.

*what will you be doing?*
- effectively manage casa supply chain fcst, aop and actuals analysis of direct cost, moh and s&d ops. Consolidat and elaborate reports delivering and excellent service to casa clients according to sla's.
- provide with meanigfull insights to casa supply chain, ffp&a and commercial finance management to understand main drivers and providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process.
- quickly develop and understanding of different financial objectives and requirements to play a key role as a business partner.
- supervise all casa supply chain planning model's maintenance, updates and generate improvements.
- lead.
- lead and coordinate casa supply chain central team guarantee information accuracy and generate efficiencies with new models, standardization etc. to both mbs and ous.
- coordinate and elaborate all supply chain reports update and improvements looking for standardization across latam's markets.
- align with supply chain finance any model improment, risks and opportunities with in supply chain lines.
- coordinate with control actuals analysis, identify risk and opportunities.
*who are we looking for?*
- education: finance, economics, engineering, administration
- minimum 4 years of finance experience
- computer literate - advanced excel, power point
- language: spanish / english fluent, portuguese preferred
- deep understanding of a p&l and its drivers
- blend of control/planning and field finance
- strategic thinking and planning skills
- skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams
- team work and leadership/coaching capabilities (preferable experience in managing direct reports)
- expert analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- supply chain finance knowledge (cost, moh, s&d in general operations)
- understand foreign exchange p&l impacts (hedge accounting)
- ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities
