The Core Technical Expert is responsible for the design, deployment, and optimization of core network systems, focusing on Circuit Switched (CS), IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), User Data Convergence (UDC), and Packet Switched (PS) products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient management and secure flow of user data in converged network environments.
- Participate in project delivery
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Drive the evolution of core network technologies toward cloudification and intelligence
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in core network domains.
- Technical Competencies: Proficient in CS/PS domain architectures and IMS signaling processes; familiar with protocols such as SIP and Diameter. Experienced in user data management (HSS/UDM) and authentication flow design.
- Strong knowledge of UDC (User Data Convergence) technology, including multi-network (2G/3G/4G/5G) user data integration, policy management, signaling control, and expertise in data synchronization, roaming management, and security policy configuration.
- Familiar with 5G core network cloud-native architectures, NFV/SDN technologies, and network slicing applications. Experienced in AI-driven intelligent O&M; tools.
- Project Experience: Led 2+ UDC/CS/IMS/PS/VAS-related project deliveries, including equipment commissioning, cross-vendor collaboration, and data consistency optimization. Prior experience in 5G core network deployment is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-team communication skills; ability to independently develop technical solutions and drive implementation.
- **Language Requirement: Fluent in English (reading/writing)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in core network technologies from vendors like Huawei (e.g., HCIA-5G-Core), or hands-on experience in Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV).
