main responsibilities:

* chefs will collaborate with management to monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain consistent food quality.
* food preparation technicians will perform essential food preparation tasks, including slicing meats, preparing seafood and cold dishes, brewing beverages, and assembling basic recipes.
