*role purpose*:
responsible for financial & strategic analysis covering private banking business.
high knowledge of private banking business and products.
development, enhancements and delivery of performance reporting to meet the needs of senior management in order to drive the right management decisions. Provide timely and accurate financial information, create value, provide insights and support key stakeholders.
solid and deep relationship and communication with business heads to ensure delivery of agreed upon business plans and initiatives. Find better ways to improve business partnering and become a trusted advisor.

support efficiency of the function through the demise of non-standard management information and constantly seek to streamline processes.
ensure customer campaigns generate appropriate pay back by working closely with the business in understanding initiatives through business cases analysis. Set up a strong process to verify actual performance vs. expected results
support team members in the implementation of key initiatives and projects and work to develop soft skills and technical competency for professional growth.
*principal accountabilities and responsibilities*:
- ensure performance reports are accurate and delivered on time to support key stakeholders and business senior management.

- implement and understand global finance initiatives, best practices, norms and policies
- engage with global wpb finance to maintain a strong standard of decision making, insight and sharing of best practices
- endorse completeness and accuracy of financial and non-financial kpi's.
- planning and forecasting - support the planning process by developing efficient planning models and analysis.
- cost analysis and management - side with wpb cost team in cost analysis work and continuously review cost initiatives with business owners.
- identify and raise risks and opportunities to meet strategic business plans to support business growth
- contribute to key stakeholders and senior managers with ideas and analysis for a better decision making process and high quality advisory.
- promote the implementation of the key business and financial strategic initiatives and projects.

- + 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting and financial estrategy
