Avantiico is seeking a product marketing campaign manager who can both shape campaign strategy and execute
campaigns hands-on. We build many campaign assets in-house and some in partnership with consulting firms, so this role is for a hands-on marketer, a builder and collaborative manager. You will own end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and tangible pipelines for avantiico's microsoft isv solutions across industries and global markets. You will be part of a highly strategic and growth focused 3 1/2-person campaign team focusing on product marketing of avantiico's automation solutions to brand name and enterprise companies from sydney to london, toronto and mexico city. You'll partner closely with product development, sales, marketing, as well as external teams such as microsoft sellers and microsoft channel partners to bring product-led campaigns to life.
success in this role will be measured by the ability to launch consistent campaigns that generate qualified pipelines
and expand market reach for avantiico's isv solutions. This position is an exempt, salaried opportunity and is open to candidates located in southern ca. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with an expectation for weekly presence and whiteboard meetings at our san diego downtown office.
responsibilities:
end-to-end campaign execution
own, lead and drive outbound and integrated product campaigns from concept through launch and reporting
develop messaging, content strategies, timelines, and kpis, including but not limited to collaborating with external specialists and agencies.
execute across email, linkedin, webinars, landing pages, events, microsoft marketplace, and avantiico partnership channels.
serve as the primary point of contact for campaign stakeholders
track and analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to drive measurable pipeline growth and market penetration.
product & market alignment
partner with product experts to deeply understand capabilities and roadmap
collaborate with product and sales to monitor ideal customer profiles (icps) and target segments for campaign execution.
partner with sales to align campaigns with outreach strategies, target accounts and pipeline priorities.
launch and scale campaigns across priority regions including north america, europe, the uk and australia to support market expansion.
scalefast & microsoft marketplace ownership & partner channels
drive coordination and execution of scalefast bootcamps and commitments, and outputs.
gather feedback and implement improvements across campaign assets, website content, and microsoft marketplace copy
ensure marketing readiness for microsoft co-sell motions, appsource/marketplace visibility, and partner-led campaigns.
events & partnerships
own event-related campaigns end-to-end (promotion, logistics coordination, follow-up)
develop case studies and industry success stories
coordinate cross-promotion campaigns with microsoft sellers and microsoft partners

qualifications:
4-6 years of relevant product marketing or demand generation experience, preferably within it consulting industry, saas or b2b
bachelor's degree, preferably in management, accounting, finance, management information systems or information technology
experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
experience working as a project lead or collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. external parties, product experts, marketing, sales)
strong knowledge of marketing channels (e.g. email, paid media, social, web, content)
organizing multiple projects, managing timelines
strong presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills
comfortable in work-from-home and in office setup
willingness to take on new responsibilities as campaign strategies evolve.
strong attention to detail, a self-starter, and proactive.
good collaboration skills
nice to have:
familiarity with microsoft dynamics 365, or willingness to learn.
experience in saas or b2b technology is nice to have
