*position purpose*
this position is responsible for coordinating all executive, electrical, hvac projects, internal guidelines, project specifications, meeting deadlines and resolving architectural issues, ensuring quality of deliverables"
*primary accountabilities*
- coordinate and priorizite the activities of the design team in order to complain the given dead lines.
- coordinate and review information that is shared with the other teams in the storedev department and external collaborators.
- review and solve architectural problems, to be able to send all the necessary information for the construction of new stores
- coordinate the negotiations and the payment information that is shared with external specialists
- monitoring and control in site of the construction for the new stores.
- coordinate the internal design guidelines and specifications of architectural projects
*education & experience*
level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
area of study: business/construction
years of experience: five to seven years.
type of experience: experince in construction industry, with emphasis on fast track reatil construction
special certifications or technical skills: basic computer skills, construction estimating, and scheduling
other/preferred: bilingual capabilities, strong managerial skills
