looking for a committed, full-time inside sales representative to help execute lead generation and outreach. This position will manage the generation of new leads with automated strategies and communicate with the customer onboarding rep. The main objective of this role is to obtain a high level of registrations of new users. (venues/artists)
*responsibilities*:
- meet or exceed new lead registration quotas (venues/artists)
- support new venues through every aspect of registration and remain available as a direct line of support through the booking process.
- diligently reach out to designated business leads as well as always looking for opportunities to expand hedlyner's reach
- coordinate between the business development team
- maintain organized customer files and detailed records of communication and follow-up
- *job requirements*:
- prior customer service and sales experience
- fluent english writer and speaker
- based in mexico
- creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
- excellent computer literacy skills
- willingness to work from home and self-manage schedule to reach goals
- must have communication tools (phone and computer)
- must have access to a solid internet connection
- a passion for live music is a plus
