- follow all safety guidelines for the segue tijuana manufacturing operation.
- knowledge of iso9001:2015, iso13485:2016, ipc-whma-a-620 processes and documentation within engineering.
- develops and maintains manufacturing processes for assigned products.
- develop new processes for products that will be manufactured at the segue tijuana manufacturing plant.
- determine the purchase of tools and work tables for new assembly production lines for new products to be manufactured at the segue tijuana manufacturing plant.
- manages client revision changes.
- maintains the master document file.
- support to production team in manufacturing with the most recent documents.
- support the production team with problem resolution.
- builds prototypes/coordinates prototype work. Consult with suppliers and clients.
- creates and maintains devices, databases, and process and test tools.
- review processes and methods; tools and methods for lean operations and better productivity.
- creates procedures for the use of new equipment to be used in the manufacturing process of segue tijuana manufacturing.
Experiência y requisitos
*requirements*:
- university degree in engineering; electronic, industrial, mechanical.
- more than 3 years of experience in the electrical/electronic industry.
- more than 2 years of experience desirable in the cable and harness.
- electronic/electrical and mechanical drawings.
- experience in an iso and ipc engineering environment.
- erp systems and cad systems.
- knowledge project engineering.
- some travel may be required.
- fluency in the english language
- management of infor visual erp system.
- arena plmsoftware system management.
- smartview software system management.
- google drive parcel management.
- microsoft business parcel management.
- cie ipc-whma-a-620 training.
