Job description
* engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
* support preparation of business requirements documents (brds) and validation with business stakeholders under guidance of senior analysts.
* help translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
* create and maintain user stories, epics, and tasks in jira or azure devops.
* serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* act as a subject matter expert (sme) for mcdonald's custom iam application and iam concepts.
* coordinate with development teams and business during user acceptance testing (uat) phases.
* assist qa/testing teams in defect analysis and resolution.
* maintain clear communication and follow-up on deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
* participate in agile scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning activities.
qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
* strong understanding of iam concepts (identity lifecycle, rbac, abac, mfa, consent management).
* excellent english communication skills (written and verbal).
* proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
* experience with jira or azure devops for user story and feature management.
* familiarity with asp.net applications and azure platform (no coding required).
* experience with iam tools like sailpoint or saviynt is a plus.
* experience working in an agile environment.
preferred qualifications
* exposure to active directory (ad), microsoft entra id, virtual directory services (vds)
* knowledge of identity provisioning workflows.
* strong documentation and organizational skills.
