Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK
- Lead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive component library, ensuring design consistency and usability across multiple products.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes with micro-interactions and animations to present polished proposals to clients.
- Document design systems and client-specific guidelines for seamless handoff and implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and create responsive designs, adapting to mobile and desk platforms as needed.
- Drive projects end-to-end, including dashboard design and landing pages, while exploring AI-driven tools.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior designers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth.
- Champion emerging technologies and design trends to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
- Strong experience with Figma and FigJam for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and UI/UX best practices.
- Ability to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with micro animations.
- Experience documenting design guidelines and delivering client-ready specifications.
- Proven track record designing dashboards, landing pages, and complex visual interfaces for high-profile clients.
- Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other no-code platforms, with the ability to quickly adopt new AI/tech tools like Vercel.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or leading a design team.
