Eaton call center agent

eaton’s corporate sector division is currently seeking a call center agent. The role focuses on order management, process improvement, and customer 360 tool usage.

responsibilities
* fulfill order management related activities for distributors
* identify and implement process improvements
* maintain daily usage of the customer 360 tool
* change notice management
* facilitate proper and efficient information flow in an effort to meet or exceed customer needs and departmental and division wide performance expectations
* handle high-pressure, fast‑paced environment requiring diligence to detail
* proven analytical and critical thinking skills
* constructively manage conflicts and discrepancies towards positive resolution
* prioritize customer demand to assist with improved product flow
* work with finance team to resolve customer credit requests

* bachelor degree in international business, administration or related

buckland is looking for a customer service representative. The role involves acting as a liaison between company and clients, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, aiding with import/export clearance, and maintaining accurate account setup.

responsibilities
* provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers by assisting them with import/export clearance of goods, following up on shipment status, and identifying opportunities to meet their demands
* assist with onboarding and administration of new customers, including account set up in company system, assisting with inquiries, providing solutions
* liaison between intercompany departments with regards to potential client set up and/or inquiries
* review and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor order fulfillment process until transaction is completed
* good written and verbal communication skills
* demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making
* driven by results working in a fast paced environment
* maintain a well‑organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives
