where you will work closely with both Mexico and U.S. leadership teams, ensuring HR practices are transparent, compliant, and aligned with company values.
This position is ideal for an HR leader who enjoys being close to people, building trust, and creating solutions that improve both the employee experience and business results. It requires the courage to make decisions, the ability to collaborate across borders, and the vision to design long-term strategies for people and culture. This position reports to the HR Director.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English),
Advanced English required.
- Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law, compliance, compensation, pensions, and union relations.
- Experience working successfully in a
matrix reporting structure.
- Strong background in labor
union relations, compliance, and investigations.
- Hands-on HR leadership style, with a collaborative and transparent approach.
- Experience with Lean or continuous improvement practices is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead all HR functions at the Monterrey plant, ensuring alignment with site and regional goals.
- Build strong partnerships with the Plant Manager, Mexico GM, and U.S. HR Director.
- Provide visibility on HR compliance, pay systems, pensions, and staffing.
- Develop and implement HR policies that support both compliance and engagement.
- Strengthen union relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support workforce planning, staffing, and employee development.
- Guide, coach, and develop the HR team
- Conduct an HR SWOT analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
