we've built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns.
we offer 3 channels, hand-to-hand (in people's hand), door-to-door (in people's mailbox or on their cars), direct mail (in people's mailbox via national post service).
we operate in 10 countries, the main ones being australia, new zealand, france, uk, us, and canada.

you'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive oppizi through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
duties / responsibilities.
- source top talents based on the business needs
- own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles across multiple departments (tech, sales, ops, executive)
- assist international recruitment efforts, hiring across north america, europe, australia, and latam.
- recruit and hire top engineering and business talents and achieve monthly/quarterly hiring goals.
- communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- work closely with c levels
about you
- proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- strong business acumen and ability to recruit across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
- able to work autonomously, prioritize multiple roles at once, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes quickly.
- comfortable with data-driven recruiting and ats management (workable preferred).
- passion for building teams and contributing to a mission-driven business.
