we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. As jefe de ventas, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales channels, managing the entire b2b sales cycle, and building strong relationships with customers.

* manage the entire b2b sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing to ensure successful deal closure.
* build strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and propose tailored solutions.
* monitor competitors and market trends in the commercial vehicle industry to stay ahead of the competition.
* work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategy with market demands.
requirements
the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, dealer development, or fleet management. A strong network in the automotive or transport/logistics industry is also essential. Additionally, excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills are required.
