- over 5 years quality working experience, at least 3 years qa experience in automotive parts manufacturing.
- proven experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment, has experience in quality system management is preferred.
- strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (iatf16949)
- experience with data analysis tools and techniques for performance measurement and decision-making.
- excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and evaluation of improvement projects.
- effective communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities to drive change and achieve results.
- industrial engineering education background and work experience is preferred.
- fluent in english and chinese is preferred.

1.
quality management system (qms) (30%)
- manage and maintain the quality management system (qms) documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
- coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- implement changes to the qms based on audit findings, customer feedback, and industry standards.
- build close connectivity with other side for benchmark and best practice sharing.
2.
quality assurance (30%)
- develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures for manufacturing processes.
- conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations (iatf16949).
- collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- analyse quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- develop and conduct training programs on quality standards, procedures, and tools for manufacturing personnel.
3.
continuous improvement (20%)
- lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as lean six sigma or kaizen.
- facilitate cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
- implement data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce defects, and enhance productivity.
- drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
4.
production management (15%)
- coordinate with planning team to ensure efficient utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- monitor production process, identify bottlenecks or issues and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
