- implement operational improvement processes
- support the multidisciplinary team in resolving quality and operational issues
- train, develop, and evaluate staff
- monitor performance metrics
- follow up on action plans in continuous improvement processes
- enforce company procedures and policies
- maintain a safe work environment

key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- +5 years of experience as assembly engineering manager
- advanced english
- experience in the automotive industry
- product interpretation and quoting
- plan reading
- personal development leadership
- product estimating
- experience in automation and continuous improvement
- plc robots and vision systems knowledge
