we\'re looking for a
junior art director
to support creative development. This role sits between graphic design execution and conceptual art direction — you\'ll contribute ideas, help develop visual concepts, and execute across social and digital formats. The right person is curious, culturally plugged in, and eager to grow.
strong english fluency and an understanding of social media trends are essential for this role. Ideal candidates are currently in college, recently graduated, or early in their agency or marketing career.
what you\'ll work on
social video content development (tiktok, instagram reels, youtube shorts)
visual concepting for brand campaigns
mood boards, style frames, and visual reference decks
creative asset production across digital and social formats
what we\'re looking for
1–3 years of experience in a creative agency, social media, or marketing environment
understanding of what performs on social — what looks native, what feels fresh
ability to concept and execute: you can have the idea and make it look good
fluent in english; strong written and verbal communication
portfolio showing social content, campaigns, or digital creative work
proficiency in adobe creative suite; video editing skills a plus
essential
active social experience and presence on tiktok or instagram; awareness of gen z culture and trends
experience working with youth-focused or lifestyle brands
proficient in adobe suite tools and google tools
schedule
monday to friday, part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), aligned with us pacific time.
compensation
fixed monthly salary ($196–$252) + additional payment for extra hours worked.
